Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and safety labels are present to qualify for a health-standard compliant return.
- 3.Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our wellness center inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
